PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the quality of the extruded product of a multi- component extruder by adjusting the number of rotations of each individual extruder in matching relation to the measured values of pressure and temp. from the values of nominal pressure and temp. of each individual extruder. SOLUTION: A hopper is loaded with a material and the extrusion screws 8 of individual extruders 2-4 are adjusted to a predetermined nominal number of rotations by a control and adjusting unit 27. The product introduced into an injection head 5 is taken out by a taking-over roll 24 and the width thereof is measured by cameras 25, 26. The control and adjusting unit 27 calculates a total material flow and a total mold material in a width measuring region on the basis of the calculated width as the standard of the vols. and taking-over speeds of indivisual components. When the width of the individual component of the total mold material is shifted from an averaged predetermined pressure value so as to exceed a predetermined tolerance range, the control and adjusting unit 27 changes the number of rotations of each extruder corresponding to the average shift of pressure and temp. from the corresponding nominal values. The number of rotations is continuously changed by always measuring the width by the cameras 25, 26. |
