PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved integral type silver halide diffusion transfer lithography form plate which can accomplish both of excellent image quality and extension of an operation time of a printer. SOLUTION: An integral type silver halide diffusion transfer lithography form plate is provided with a base in which an image forming layer containing a film formation binder and silver halide particles and an image receiving layer containing a film formation binder and physical developing core are arranged on one side. The image receiving layer additionally contains a polymer which is provided with an epoxy functionality increasing abrasion resistance of the image receiving layer.
