FIXED-LENGTH PACKET DECOMPOSING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide a fixed-length decomposing device which is capable of transmitting the fixed-length packet fetched from a network as continuous digital signals without generating a deviation in time series even if fluctuation of a normal value or more is generated in a store and forward exchange network. CONSTITUTION: In a device where a selector 4 selects the dummy data from a dummy data generator 3 and transmitting the data as time series data, receiving the detection output of an empty detector 2 detecting that transmission information to be read from a data buffer 1a storing the transmission information on the fixed-length packet fetched from a store and forward exchange network does not exist, an abolition means 5 continuing the selection of dummy data by the selector 4 till the timing that the next transmission information is read from a data buffer 1a when the selector 4 selects the dummy data and abolishing the fixed-length packet which is fetched from a network within the transmission period and should be originally transmitted.
