<p>PURPOSE: To stop the operation of hot water supply and hence prevent the generation of hazards if it is assumed that high temperature hot water will be discharged when hot water supply operation is started in the case when a reference temperature predetermined for boiling-prevention is lower than the supply water temperature in terms of a hot water supply device which is combined with a hot water supply heater which uses gas or the like as its heat source and a water heating appliance. CONSTITUTION: This hot water supply device is provided with an outlet hot water temperature arithmetic operation means 42 which calculates the outlet hot water temperature TH- MIN heated with a heat exchanger 12 with a minimum capacity based on an inlet temperature TC and an amount of inlet water QC transmitted from each of detection means 24 and 25 installed to the upstream side of the heat exchanger 12 of a hot water supply heater 2 and also provided with a hot water supply operation ending means 44 which ends the hot water supply operation forcible when the outlet hot water temperature TH- MIN computed with the outlet hot water arithmetic operation means 42 exceeds a reference temperature preliminarily determined.</p> |
