FIELD: medicine, in particular, neuropathology for non-medicamental rehabilitation of children with affections of central and peripheral nervous systems, infantile cerebral paralysis, antenatal and postnatal affections of the central and peripheral nervous systems. SUBSTANCE: massage, reflexotherapy, correction of orthopedic disturbances and dynamic exercises are performed in succession in four stages. In the first stage affected muscles are revealed, correlated with the respective musculotendinous meridian, the nature of affection of the muscle group located under it is determined, than massage of the musculotendinous meridian is performed at an intensity of action within 120 to 240 vibrations per minute, for example, by linear stroking along the canal by the operator's hand up to the appearance of physiologic changes of the skin surface lying under the meridian, with simultaneous treatment of the placed of meridian fastening by the inhibition method of massage, for example, by the method of sticking, disintegration and pressure up to the change of the functional condition of convulsed muscles. In the second stage reflexotherapy is performed by acupuncture of musculotendinous meridians by the method of zonal reflex stimulation, for example, by the method of blooming. In the third stage correction of orthopedic disturbances is accomplished with the aid of static exercises Hatkha-Yoga up to the appearance of physiologic reactions manifesting themselves in variation of the vascular tension, skin temperature and appearance of exudate on dermal metameres associated with the changed area of the vertebral column. In the fourth stage dynamic exercises, including the elements of gymnastics Thai-tszi-tsiuan are performed against the background of semi-rigid fixation of the articular surfaces with a subsequent static fixation of physiological attitude of the body, for example, with the use of orthopedic adaptations.
