FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the offered hinge joint uses a framework consisting of the upper and lower levers with members for attachment to the extremity, hinge assembly with a fixing mechanism kinematically linked with the levers; the hinge assembly has a yoke and hub, with cylindrical rollers with springs placed between them, back-moving springs engageable with the hub axle that can move along the housing grooves; the yoke is engageable with the cavity inside the hinge assembly housing; the upper lever is kinematically linked with the hub; the lower lever with its one end is linked with the hinge assembly housing, and with the other it is hinge-joined to the supporting platform, having a preset angle of movement relative to this lever. Engagement of the yoke with the cavity inside the housing may be frictional or toothed one. EFFECT: zone of retaining in any stage of angular displacement of the hinge assembly is ensured with a freedom of unilateral angular displacement; enhanced reliability of functioning of the fixing mechanism; expanded field of application of the hinge joint. |
