PURPOSE: To surely protect coated optical fibers by forming coated optical fiber introducing parts on the side surface walls of a case body and forming openings or notches to allow the passage of the coated optical fibers at a bottom plate and cap plate near these introducing parts. CONSTITUTION: The introducing parts 21c, 21d of the optical fibers are respectively formed on the right and left side surface walls of the case body 13. Hinge hook parts opening upward are formed on the top edges of the rear surface wall 19b of the case body 13. The cap plate 15 is made openable and closable with the case body 13 by hinge coupling and housing casings 11 are laminatable to any layers by the coupling operation of these hinge parts. On the other hand, openings 35 are formed near the coated optical fiber introducing parts 21c, 21d of the bottom plate 17 of the case body 13 and notches 37 are formed at the cap plate 15. Then, the openings 35 of the bottom plates 17 of the housing cases 11 existing above and the notches 37 of the cap plates 15 of the housing cases thereunder are aligned and the wiring of the coated optical fibers across the laminated housing cases is made possible if plural sheets of the housing cases 11 are laminated. |
