<p>A light allow wheel (1) having an annular rim cover (2) mounted on an outer rim portion (3) so as to cover the whole area of the wheel extending from an outer circumferential edge portion (7) of the outer rim portion to an outer circumferential edge portion (5A) of a centre disc (5), wherein an arbitrary configuration is imparted to the rim cover (2) by forming a bulging portion (10) at equal intervals in a circumferential direction or a number of flat surface portions (12B) in the circumferential direction, whereby the external appearance of the whole wheel can freely be designed to help discriminate this wheel from wheels of other people, identify itself and improve fashionability, while sufficiently satisfying structural requirements required for the wheel (1), and moreover the wheel can be protected against damages by flying stones.</p> |
