Latticework used to protect walls against unwanted bill posting

The protective arrangement consists of a frame on which lugs with fixing holes are mounted. Wire netting or similar latticework is mounted on the inside of this frame to produce a panel with a very rough surface. The frame with latticework, when attached to the outside of a building, prevents the walls being covered with unwanted posters. The wires of the latticework present minimum area available for keying of glue on the surface of the posters.
