<p>PURPOSE: To enhance a positional accuracy, ensure a high-speed ultrasonic bonding with a sufficient adhesion strength, reduce a device cost, and simplify an adjustment by a method wherein each end site of a top surface of a welding horn is projected from the other site in a bonding direction. CONSTITUTION: In a welding horn 11, a horn is as long as 150mm or more for a saw blade of 150mm or more length. A top surface 30 of the welding hone 11 is gently concaved, and each end site 31 of the horn 11 is projected from the other part in a bonding direction. All or part of the top surface 30 of the welding horn 11 is recessed/projected or embossed. When a saw blade is welded to a carton substrate, stress concentration occurs in the end sites 31 and projected parts of the top surface 30 of the welding horn 11, and a large pressing pressure is ensured therein in comparison with the other contact portion. Therefore, the lateral slip of the carton substrate caused by vibration of the welding horn 11 can be prevented.</p> |
