<p>PURPOSE: To simply produce an aseptic container while dispensing with aseptic treatment before the injection of an infusion by holding a parison between molds to mold the same into a pre-blowing molded object and driving a blow pin having an insert member provided to the leading end thereof in the opening part thereof and blowing air in the blow part of the insert member. CONSTITUTION: A parison is fitted in a mold 1 and molded into a pre-blowing molded object 3 by pre-blowing technique. Next, a blow pin 7 having an insert member 6 provided to the leading end thereof is driven in the opening part 5 of the pre-blowing molded object 3 formed by a blow pin insertion port 4. The insert member 6 consists of a mouth root part 8 and an air blow part 9 and a thin-walled cut part 10 is formed between both parts 8, 9 and a blow pie 11 having a blow hole 12 provided thereto is provided. Air is blown in the pre-blowing molded object 3 from the blow hole 12 to expand the same and the blow pipe 11 is heat-sealed by the heat sealer arranged to the upper surface of the mold 1.</p> |
