<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of contents by intrusion at the time of packing by forming the cylindrical part of a metallic can of at least a metallic base material and an oxygen absorbent resin layer. CONSTITUTION: For example, at least the cylindrical part of the metallic can is formed of a laminated structure having at least two layers consisting of the metallic base material 1 and the oxygen absorbent resin layer 2. The oxygen absorbent resin layer 2 is positioned on the inside surface side of the can. A surface protective resin layer 3 may be laminated on the side of the oxygen absorbent resin layer 2 opposite to the metallic base material 1. The metallic base material 1 is preferably metallic foil or metallic sheet subjected to a metal chromium and chromium hydrooxidation treatment or electrolytic chromic acid oxidation treatment, etc. Metals, such as steel, Al, zinc and iron, are usable as the metallic foil or metallic sheet. The oxygen absorbent resin layer 2 is formed by coating the metallic base material with a material which absorbs molecular oxygen or kneading the maternal into a resin. For example, an alloy mainly composed of Al is most adequate as the oxygen absorbent material.</p> |
