CONSTITUTION: An L-shaped guide rail 60 is attached to the rear surface of a rotary plate and a neck mold support plate 26 to which a neck mold 24 is fixed is allowed to slide and move to be supported on a guide rail 60 to align the positioning hole 62 formed to the rotary plate with the positioning notch part 66 formed to the neck mold support plate 26 and, after a positioning pin 68 is inserted in the notch part 66 and the positioning hole 62, a falling preventing member 70 is attached to the rear surface of the guide rail 60.
