The method is for to increasing drying performance by minimizing temperature varition around heaters. The method includes the steps of : learning a reference temperature and upper and lower limit value of temperatures, respectively; operating both first and second heaters simultaneously; operating the first heater only when the temperature around the heater is equal to the reference temperature; turning the heater off when the temperature rises up to the upper limit; performing iteration of the two steps when the temperature comes down the lower limit; and terminating the dry process when the difference between the temperatures around the heater and the inside of the drum equals to the reference value.
