FIELD: medicine; pathological physiology. SUBSTANCE: monotonous registration of changes in regional blood current is provided at extreme conditions, for example, at shock, trauma, bleeding and so on. Detectors are mounted and temperature difference is registered at three points of cardiovascular system. Character of distribution of blood current is judged from temperature difference. Method allows to evaluate condition of hemodynamics of patient, as well as efficiency of therapeutic procedures. EFFECT: improved efficiency; improved reliability. |
