FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining hydrocortisone, somatotropin, aldosterone concentration. Combination of high level of hydrocortisone (667.50 ± 10.5 nM/l) with high somatotropin concentration (5.67 + 1.10 ng/ml) and aldosterone (142.61 + 10.64 pg/ml) as well as low or medium hydrocortisone level combined with low or medium level of aldosterone point out on normal state of the hypophyseal adrenal system of organism. Other states of hydrocortisone, somatotropin, aldosterone concentrations indicate the presence of deviations in the hypophyseal adrenal system of organism from the normal state. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in determining functional state of hypophyseal adrenal system of organism.
