<p>PURPOSE: To provide the transparent touch panel which does not spoil linearity. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode which has a conductive film and a couple of parallel bus bars 3 formed on the top surface of a transparent insulating base material and an upper electrode which has a transparent conductive film and a couple of parallel bus bars 7 formed on a transparent flexible insulating base material are put on over the other by interposing spacers between the transparent films so that the direction between the bus bars 3 of the lower electrode and the direction between the bus bars 7 of the upper electrode cross each other at right angles, and the peripheral parts are adhered together with an adhesion layer 10 to constitute the analog resistance type transparent touch panel, which is provided with an insulating layer 16 which is discontinuous at least at the inside end part in a frame area which is present between the upper and lower electrodes adjacently to the adhesion layer 10.</p> |
