PURPOSE: To improve the heat resistance and the weather resistance of a soft dome speaker diaphragm. CONSTITUTION: A soft dome speaker diaphragm 1 includes a dome part 2 and an edge part 3 which are molded in a single body and uses an olefin elastomer denatured nylon resin film that has 0.1 to 1.0 GPa flexural modulus. The nylon resin serving as a primary material can secure the proper flexural modulus and internal loss when it is denatured. Therefore, the weather resistance and stability of the nylon resin can be extremely improved together with its original heat resistance kept at a high level. |
