<p>PURPOSE: To measure torque with high accuracy by a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION: Plural plate members 5a and 5b are embedded at intervals in the circumferential direction in a large diameter part 1A formed on an input shaft 1 composed of a magnetic material, and a thin cylindrical member 4 composed of a conductive and nonmagnetic material is integrally formed in the rotational direction with an output shaft 2 so as to surround its large diameter part 1A. Plural windows 4a and 4b are formed in the cylindrical member 4 so that an overlapping condition with the plate members 5a and 5b changes according to a relative rotational position between the cylindrical member 4 and the large diameter part 1A, and a part having the window 4a of the cylindrical member 4 is surrounded by a coil 10, and a part having the window 4b is surrounded by a coil 11, and self-induction electromotive force of these coils 10 and 11 is measured, and torque is found on the basis of its result.</p> |
