PURPOSE: To efficiently provide useful information for each customer by reporting a customer code for each transaction, referring a gift and a cumulative point to a controller and generating printing data corresponding to the gift. CONSTITUTION: The gift previously selected by a customer is registered on a customer file F1 as customer information corresponding to a customer code CC. A file updating part 201 calculates a pint for each transaction and updates a cumulative point TP. When the customer code CC is reported from a cash register 3 to the controller 2, a file retrieving part 202 reports the gift G registered on the file F1 and the cumulative point TP to the cash register 3 in response to the reference. The cash register 3 prints point difference DP between a target point corresponding to the gift and the updated cumulative point TP on a receipt RP together with a name G of the gift. Therefore, the customer can easily recognize how much points are required more for getting the gift. |
