PURPOSE: To achieve both comfortable heating and little noise at the starting time of operation to be easily attained. CONSTITUTION: A micro-computer 5 sets the number of revolution of a fan to a higher predetermined number of revolution than a normal number of revolution of the fan at the starting time of heating operation until a room temperature reaches a reference temperature or until a predetermined time elapses from the starting time of operation on the basis of a temperature information obtained from a room temperature sensor 1 and a time information obtained from a timer 6 and subsequently the micro-computer performs a normal fan control. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible easily to obtain both comfortable heating and little noise at the starting time of operation.
