For the control system to supply the electric power, horizontal bus bars(58,60,62,124,126) are vertically separated in a constant legnth and they are surrounded by the insulation which is made of dielectric materials and this dielectric material has good thermal conductivity. the insulation(68,70,116,118) is formed with a pair of thin film insulators and the horizontal bus bar is inserted between thin film insulators. The insulation has a lock-out which connects each vertical bus bar(32,34,36).
