PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF FERROUS CHLORIDE AQUEOUS SOLUTION

The process comprises (a)dissolving impurities in iron oxide with 1-5 wt.% hydrochloric acid solution and filtrating and washing with pure water, and (b) inputting washed iron oxide into 10-30 wt.% hydrochloric acid soln. to satisfy that a weight ratio of hydrochloric acid to iron oxide is 1.4-2.0 and dissolving iron oxide at 60-80 deg.C and filtrating when conc. undissolved iron oxide is 5-10 %, and (c) reducing filtrated solution with iron and zinc as reducing agent and filtering when color soln. changed from orange into green and concentrating the soln.
