PURPOSE: To provide a super-abrasive grain tool in which super-abrasive grain are protruded uniformly, and in which both cutting performance and precision are excellent. CONSTITUTION: After super-abrasive grain 1 of an almost uniform grain size in an average grain size range of 50-1500μm is fixed to an inner wall surface of a ring-shaped die 5 in a single layer by a first and a second metal platings 7, 2 which are different from each other, a base metal 4 is inserted into the ring shape, a gap between an outer circumference of the base metal 4 and the second metal plating 2 is bound by binding material 3, and the die 5 and the first metal plating 7 are eliminated.
