摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To simplify constituting mechanisms, to lessen water treatment equipment and to suppress the formation of dioxin by treating the gases generated from a sewer sludge and industrial waste incineration furnace in order of a cooling/desulfurizing device, a desalting/dust removing device in a specific gas temp. range. CONSTITUTION: The gases generated from the sewer sludge and industrial waste incineration furnace 11 are first passed through the cooling/desulfurizing device 12, by which the SOx is removed and the gases are rapidly cooled at one time down to a range of nearly 150 to 250 deg.C. This rapid cooling is executed by a method of mixing water and a neutralizer to form an aq. soln. or slurry and directly spraying this soln. or slurry to the gases in the form of the fine mists by a spray nozzle via a high-pressure pump. Next, the gases are passed through the desalting/dust removing device 13, by which the dust and hydrogen chloride are removed. The removal is executed by a method of feeding the gaseous or powdery neutralizer into a connecting piping between the cooling/desulfurizing device 12 and the desalting/dust removing device 13 and treating the gases with a filter type dust collector using a filter for high-temp.</p>
