PURPOSE: To detoxicate metallic harmful trace substance contained in incinerator ash, namely Hg, Cd, hexavalent Cr and Pb, etc. CONSTITUTION: This detoxicating agent is produced by dissolving a salt of trivalent Al, a salt of trivalent Fe and a salt of alumina-kalium into water. The harmful substance contained in the incinerator ash and having the possiblity of environmental disruption is caught, not released, and prevented from flowing out by using a small quantity of this inexpensive material to detoxicate the harmful substance. Thus, the waste treatment of incinerator ash cab be facilitated. |
