<p>PURPOSE: To enhance appearance while keeping transparency, daytime lightening, and ventilation, and also to prevent the falling accident of a little child by fractionizing the through hole provided between skeleton members into a plurality of small holes by means of partition members. CONSTITUTION: A through hole 3 is provided between skeleton members 2, 14 of a handrail panel 1 consisting of end-part skeleton members 2 and intermediate skeleton members 14. Then, the inside of the through hole 3 is fractionized by the partition members 4, 4 having a thickness d4 smaller than half of the depth d3 of the through hole 3, so that a plurality of small holes whose maximum space in the horizontal direction is 3mm or more, and 30mm or less can be obtained. The end part in the thickness direction of the partition members 4 is nearly brought into coincidence with the outside surface of the skeleton members 2, 14 on one side. It is preferable to provide a projected part for surrounding the through hole 3 on the end peripheral part of the skeleton members 2, 14 and the partition members 4. Further, it is preferable to supply a sheet-molding compound or bulk-molding compound into a metal mold of a prescribed shape, and to compress it under a heating condition, and to integrally form it into the skeleton members 2, 14 and the partition members 4.</p> |
