The present invention relates to novel derivatives of ethyl-1 dihydro-1,2 oxo2 methylamino-3 quinoxaline having general formula (I), wherein R1 is hydrogen or methyl group, and the salt thereof with pharmaceutically acceptable acids. It also relates to their utilization as drugs useful particularly in the treatment of diseases such as chronic obstructive bronchopneumopathies, particularly asthma, respiratory insufficency, emphysema. Finally, it relates to pharmaceutically compositions containing them.
