PURPOSE: To prevent the exhaust gas of an engine from filling the interior by driving the engine in response to the integration signal of a discharge-charge integrator when a control unit receives an outdoor environmental signal from an environmental detecting sensor, and stopping the engine when receiving an indoor environmental signal. CONSTITUTION: When a control unit 9 receives outdoor signals F, H from an illuminance sensor 35 and a wind speed sensor 36 of an environmental detecting sensor 10, it drives an engine 7 in response to the integration signals A, B of a discharge-charge integrator. When it receives indoor signals E, G from the sensor 35 and the sensor 36 of the sensor 10, it stops the engine 7. Thus, a chargeable battery 5 can be charged, thereby preventing the exhaust gas of the engine 7 from filling the interior. |
