PURPOSE:To simply, easily, and economically communicate a bit of code information and a bit of acoustic information together with a bit of picture information by providing a bit of transmission information that transmits a bit of digital code information and the bit of acoustic information in addition to the bit of picture information, and providing a reception part that temporarily stores received respective information in a storage means. CONSTITUTION:The transmission part (a) transmits the bit of digital code information and the bit of acoustic information together with the bit of picture information. The reception part (b) receives the bit of picture information, the bit of code information, and the bit of acoustic information transmitted from the transmission part (a) of another equipment, and temporarily stores all of the received information in the storage means (c). Since a bit of text information, a bit of vector graphic information, a bit of moving image information, the bit of acoustic information, a processing program, and a program data part can be transmitted/received simultaneously with the bit of picture information, the transmission time can be shortened, and a facsimile equipment with excellent reforming of information whose range of application is wide can be obtained.
