PURPOSE: To effectively seal a monitor test piece together with the air in a space. CONSTITUTION: A double sealing structure is formed by press injecting of a press injecting protrusion 6 to a press injecting groove 7 and sealing by a seal ring 8. High sealability between a vessel body 5 and a cover 3 is obtained, and the condition in which a monitor test piece 9 is sealed together with the air without raising to 50 deg.C or higher is achieved.
