PURPOSE: To improve the function and the productivity of a weather strip with roof side molding. CONSTITUTION: In an extrusion molded weather strip 1B installed in a series from the front pillar 2 to a quarter pillar 4, a roof side braid part 105 is formed integrally to an installing base 103 along a side edge at the outer side of the car, while the base 103 is formed of a hard rubber. And the width of the braid part 105 is made to the width to almost cover the whole surface of the side surface at the outer side of the car of the weather strip 1B, at the part from the front pillar 2 to the rear end of a roof side 3, while the width is reduced gradually at a corner part transferring from the rear end of the roof side 3 to the upper end of a quarter pillar 4, and the width is formed to prevent to receive the interference of the rear edge of a rear door glass when a rear door is opened or closed, at the part along the quarter pillar 4. |
