PURPOSE: To provide the medical image processor for tomography which can display an image having correct information. CONSTITUTION: This medical image processor for tomography which. displays a tomographic image, and performs a thickness processing for adding and averaging the tomographic image within a specified range and displays an MPR image obtained by the adding and averaging the tomographic image is equipped with a monitor 140 which displays the tomographic image and display MPR image, an input device 150 for inputting two curved lines or straight lines specifying the range of the thickness processing of the tomographic image, and a CPU and an image processor 160 which perform the thickness processing of the tomographic image within the range specified with the two curved lines or straight lines and displays the MPR image obtained by this thickness processing on the monitor. |
