摘要 PURPOSE: To prevent a system fault from being overlooked and to raise the accuracy of fault judgment by calculating the gradient of the change of element information, and detecting a power disconnection fault and a load disconnection fault on the basis of a total generated power, a total demand power, and the gradient of the change of frequency out of the element information, when a rapid change of the element information is detected. CONSTITUTION: A cyclic digital telemeter(CDT) input processing part 50 receives element information periodically as input, and stores the present values and last-time values inputted. A change calculating part 60 compares the present values with the last-time ones of frequency and link line power flow out of the element information inputted, and calculates the gradients of their changes when their rapid changes are detected. A fault detecting part 70 detects a power disconnection fault and a load disconnection fault on the basis of a total generated power, a total demand power, and the gradient of the change of frequency calculated by the change calculating part 60, out of element information. Consequently, it becomes possible to prevent a system fault from being overlooked, and to raise the accuracy of fault judgment.
