MANUFACTURE OF FLY-BACK TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: To enable transformer cores to be joined together in a short time preventing them from deteriorating in mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: Transformer cores 1 are arranged making their legs 1a confront each other through the intermediary of a spacer 5 and thermosetting adhesive agent 6, sets of electrodes 11 and 12 are mounted in tandem on both the sides of each of the legs 1a of the transformer cores 1 along the lengthwise direction confronting each other through the intermediary of the leg 1a, and a higher voltage is applied to the electrodes 11 than the electrodes 12 to join the tip faces of the legs 1a of the transformer cores 1 together.
