PURPOSE: To eliminate the bad influence of frost on the pulled up part and the o-ring by permitting a tube which slides and contains a current introduction terminal to have a double structure, fixing the tube by electrically and thermally insulating it from the containing current introduction terminal and permitting the heating part to make contact with the inner wall of the outer side tube. CONSTITUTION: A driving mechanism mounting component 3 and a current introduction terminal 1 are mounted on a current introduction terminal mounting port 1a. On the driving mechanism mounting component 3, a tube 5, which slides containing the current introduction terminal 1 is mounted. The tube 5 is permitted to have a double structure, and on the inner plane of the outer wall, manganin wire 7 is mounted as a heater by epoxy resin for low- temperature. The tube 5 and the mounting component 3 are mounted by welding. The inner wall part and the bottom edge part of the outer wall part of the sliding tube 5 are sealed by welding, a fiber reinforced plastic cylinder is permitted to adhere to the inner side of the inner wall by epoxy resin for low temperature, and at the bottom edge of the tube 5, the cylinder is permitted to adhere to the current introduction terminal 1 by epoxy resin for low temperature. |
