<p>PURPOSE: To easily learn an autonomic training method for a trainee and a trainer by letting the trainee to pay passive attention according to a guide language content as taking a posture and/or action according to autosuggestion guide language reproduced from a recording medium and to hear guide music as forming an image. CONSTITUTION: The trainee 1 sits on an easy chair 2, and closes the eyes lightly keeping the posture on the easy chair. Thence, a formal record for autonomic training in the recording medium 4 is reproduced by using a reproducing device 3 such as a CD player. The trainee 1 takes the posture and/or action according to reproduced formal autosuggestion guide language for autonomic training. The trainee pays the passive attention according to the guide language content, and hears the guide music as imaging a scene concretely such as to call the scene, for example, sitting by a quiet lake in springtime to mind.</p> |
