PURPOSE: To prevent the troubles of the lowerings of throughput and of discharge reliability from occurring due to the pre-discharging of a treating liquid in an ink jet printing device for performing printing by discharging ink and the treating liquid for insolubilizing the ink from heads. CONSTITUTION: The pre-discharge of a treating liquid is performed during the discharging action of ink for printing. For that, the logical sum of the pre- discharge data (a) of the treating liquid and the discharge data (b) of the treating liquid obtained from the discharge data of respective inks due to printing data is employed as the discharge data of the treating liquid during printing action. |
