FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: method involves forcing sand mixture into molding device with model plate carrying model, molding and charging frames, by compressed gas, which provides preliminary compaction of mixture. Preliminary compaction is initiated by pressure pulse, which has initially low pressure gradient and then higher pressure gradient and which is discharged into molding space. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and improved quality of sand mixture. |
