An intra-aortic prosthesis (1) including a tube (2) divided at one end into two tubular arms (3, 4) having a narrower cross-section than the tube, and instruments including a subclavian insertion sleeve (19), guides (21, 22), a sheath (23), pushing catheters (24, 25) and a plunger (26), are disclosed.
