Furthermore, the tag information and the outgoing MIS are written in a table by using a MID 'incoming MID' as a key when the BOM is received. Upon the receipt of a COM, the tag information and the outgoing MID are extracted by using the MIS of the COM as a key and the information is given to the COM (S31, 32). Upon the receipt of an EOM, the tag information and the outgoing MID are extracted by using the MID of the EOM as a key and the information is given to the EOM (S41, 42). Then the outgoing MID is released (S43).
