PURPOSE: To provide a coaxial cable connector having a grounding lead with the simple structure, which can easily and surely secure the grounding without additional work after completing a device, by forming this connector out of a coaxial cable, a grounding lead and a caulking tube, which are respectively specified. CONSTITUTION: A coaxial cable 10 is formed out of a center conductor 11, an outside conductor 12 arranged in the periphery of the center conductor 11, an insulator 13 interposed between both conductors 11, 12 and a cover 14 for covering the periphery of the outside conductor 12, and the outside conductor 12 is exposed from the cover 14 at the tip of the coaxial cable 10. The coaxial cable connector having a grounding lead is formed of this coaxial cable 10, a coaxial connector 20 to be connected to the tip of the coaxial cable 10, a grounding cable 30, of which one end electrically contacts with the exposed part of the outside conductor 12, and an annular caulking tube 40 for covering the contact part of the grounding cable 30 and the outside conductor. Desirably, a fitting part 50 to be electrically conducted to the grounding lead 30 is provided in the other end of the grounding lead 30. A clip type fitting part 50 is desirable.
