PURPOSE: To reduce the speed fluctuation of a photoreceptor, by mounting a blade receiving base disposed on the photoreceptor rear side, in inclining with an angle differing from the inclining angle of a cleaning blade with respect to the seam direction of the belt shape photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION: The blade 10, to which a pressing force is imparted by a spring of a blade holder, is allowed to hold a photosensitive belt 2 in-between the blade receiving base 36 mounted on the photosensitive belt 2 rear side, and to remove residual toner on the photosensitive belt 2 after transferring. In the meantime, with respect to the seam 31 remaining as the difference in level on the rear side of photosensitive belt 2, the blade 10 with a specified angle (θ) lowering in the left-side direction, and the blade receiving base 36 with the specified angle (ϕ) lowering in the right-side direction, is severally mounted on the slant. As a result, the impact occurring when the seam of the photosensitive belt 2 is made to pass between the blade 10 and the blade receiving base 36 is dispersed, the speed fluctuation of the photosensitive belt 2 is reduced too, and thus the excellent image without density unevenness can be obtained. |
