Lever 4 is mounted rotatably about its axle toward case 3. Lever 4 holds carriage 5 which slides easily along longitudinal axle of lever 4. Upper and lower surfaces of carriage 5 carries support 6 mounted coaxially. Rigid hemisphere 7 is positioned on bottom part of lower support 6. Upper part of rest 6 is loaded with balance weight 8.
