<p>Methods and compositions effective to alter the sexual or reproductive behavior of an insect are disclosed. The compositions include polynucleotides and polypeptides corresponding to the fru gene in Drosophila and its homologs in other species. Methods of identifying a compound effective to alter the reproductive behavior of an insect are also disclosed.</p> |
