5-Aminoflavone derivatives represented by general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein X represents substituted lower alkyl, (un)substituted lower alkoxy, or NR<1>R<2> (wherein R<1> and R<2> represent each independently hydrogen or (un)substituted lower alkyl, or are combined together with N to represent an (un)substituted heterocyclic group); and Y<1> and Y<2> represent each independently hydrogen, halogeno or lower alkyl.
