PURPOSE: To prevent generation of damage in an equipment, facilitate alignment of a loader part for sending part member to be connected and a conveying rail, reduce fraction defective, and improve productivity and yield. CONSTITUTION: The title wire bonding equipment is provided with conveying rails 2a, 2b for carrying a part member 1 (a lead frame or the like) to which wires are to be bonded, and a bonding part (a bonding head 3 or the like) which bonds wires to the part member 1 to be connected. At least a pair of facing rollers 5a, 5b are installed on the input side of the conveying rails, and recessed parts 41a, 51a, 51b, e.g. V-shaped trenches, which guide the part member 1 to be connected are formed in the rollers 5a, 5b. The part member to be connected is sent into the conveying rails 2a, 2b through the part between at least a pair of rollers 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b. |
