<p>PURPOSE: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner capable of stabilizing a charge level, improving environmental dependency and obtaining a high quality image over a long time regardless of environment at high temp. and high humidity to low temp. and low humidity, and to provide an image forming method using the toner. CONSTITUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains a toner particle, having 0.3-0.7wt.% moisture content at the time of leaving it for 24hr at high temp. and high humidity (28 deg.C, 90%RH) and low temp. and low humidity (10 deg.C, 30%RH), and a hydrophobic inorganic oxide and the moisture content at the time of leaving it for 24hr at the temp. and humidity mentioned above after external addition of the hydrophobic inorganic oxide is set to 0.3-1.0wt.%. The toner particle is formed by incorporating a hydrophilic magnetic powder or adding water when raw materials are melted and kneaded.</p> |
