PURPOSE: To enhance an antioxidation effect by containing a boric acid ester organic solution, a boric acid solution or the solution of organic salt of boron into a conductive paste comprising a copper powder, glass frit and an organic vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A low-boiling point boric acid ester solution to which a nonvolatile high-boiling point boric acid ester organic solution and high-boiling point alcohol are added in order to prevent volatility, a boric acid solution, or the solution of organic salt of boron is added to a conductive paste comprising a copper powder which is a conductive component, glass frit and an organic vehicle. For the high-boiling point boric acid ester, boric acid tributyl is cited and for the low-boiling point boric acid ester, boric acid ester is cited. Therefore, an excellent antioxidation effect can be obtained. |
