PURPOSE: To rapidly lower the input voltage to a voltage monitor by passing the reverse current of a first diode from a bypass circuit to ground when a battery is removed. CONSTITUTION: The reverse current of a first diode (DD) 11 is passed to ground through a bypass circuit 9, in which a second DD12 is connected in the reverse direction with respect to ground. The other configuration is the same as that of prior art. The DD12 preferably has the same temperature characteristics as the DD11. Accordingly, the circuit 9 is provided so that the reverse current from the DD11 when the battery is removed flows to ground, thereby rapidly lowering the input voltage to a voltage monitor 7. |
